On June 2, 2026, staff from adult education centers across Saxony-Anhalt gathered at the Magdeburg Municipal Adult Education Center for the 5th "Adult Education Centers Day". The event focused on networking, generating new ideas, and exploring the key issues shaping adult education today and in the future.
A special highlight was the visit of the DigiMobil from Lower Saxony. The team from LernLab presented their mobile digital learning space and provided fascinating insights into the project's development and implementation. During an on-site tour, participants were able to explore the technical equipment and try out numerous digital applications for themselves.
Following this, various workshops offered the opportunity to delve deeper into specific topics. In addition to exploring the DigiMobil, the program included a workshop for the languages and integration department. Participants also worked with a professional copywriter to explore how adult education centers can make their public relations more accessible, engaging, and targeted.
Of course, there was also plenty of time for networking. Conversations and discussion rounds provided a space to address current trends in the adult education sector, share experiences, and gather ideas for future collaboration.
The 5th "Adult Education Centers Day" offered many opportunities to learn from one another, gain fresh inspiration, and look beyond the scope of individual centers. Participants returned to their institutions with a wealth of new ideas and a renewed vision for the collective development of adult education in Saxony-Anhalt.
